Edgar's Restaurant History
Edgar’s Restaurant is located where the old Crocker’s restaurant used to be at Good Park Golf Course in Akron. In 2005 Edgar’s re-opened a new restaurant as a partnership with three managing members including Award winning, Executive Chef Glenn Gillespie. In 2012 Chef Glenn became sole owner.
While Edgar’s is located on J.E. Good Park Golf Course, which is owned by the City of Akron, Edgar’s Restaurant is privately owned and independently managed.

Through the winter months, the golf course is closed but Edgar’s stays open year round providing live entertainment and guest chefs come in to prepare interesting and unusual feature plates.
